Context:
Iridium were invited to conduct an assessment of its clients security posture against the ISO27001 standard, and to subsequently advise on remediation steps to allow them to retain their certification status.
Our Response:
Iridium provided one of its trusted and specialist security SME’s to evaluate the information security risk posture, and identify any immediate weaknesses.
A series of structured interview sessions held, involving key security, IT and change professionals from within the organisation
Assessment conducted against ISO 27001/27002 with outcomes provided in the form of findings, key draft documents, policy/process updates.
Key Outcomes:
Onsite support for key activities and external audit resulting in a successful audit with certification maintained.
Additional future improvements identified to support further external audits.
Our client has maintained its ISO27001 certification, and Iridium continues to support them as an information security partner.
