Following an acquisition in 2018 a two-year Integration Programme was initiated to deliver the network integration and rollout of our clients global standards including a new Microsoft Windows 10 corporate laptop rollout for 1200 regional associates. 

Our Response: 

Delivery of a new Wide Area Network across all Office and Data Centre locations providing for strategic improvements including increased capacity and full-service provider autonomy. 
Integration design between client networks addressing key challenges including IP Overlaps, Network Address Translation and DNS Integration. 
Routing Protocol design and delivery of geographic resilient connectivity between client networks. 
Delivery of two corporate back office data centres supporting the rollout of new corporate laptops and associated collaboration services including secure internet provision and access to Microsoft 365 tenants. 
Parallel build of the corporate back office including new Cisco LAN, Aruba WIFI, Infoblox DNS and Hyperconverged Compute supporting Active Directory services extending the corporate domain to all locations. 
Design and delivery of a geographic resilience for Corporate user VPN services for all regional associates. 
Migration design and delivery from the Incumbent Service Provider to the new Wide Area Network. 

Key Outcomes: 

Secure network segmentation of all current and end state affinities including Legacy, Corporate, Production and third party’s alike. 
Successful delivery and seamless transition of all 1200 regional associates from office-based roles to full time home working during the COVID19 pandemic. 
Provision of a full pre-production lab environment modelling and de-risking the network integration and rollout throughout the integration programme. 
Migration strategy definition and proof-of-concept supporting the successful transition from current state MPLS WAN to SDWAN through parallel running and risk adverse phased transitions. 
Successful transition to the Target Operating Model between UK and US operational teams
