Iridium were invited by a leading information and analytics agency to conduct a full review of its existing delivery portfolio. In April 2018, our client was acquired by a global competitor seeking a presence in the UK market. Following this, Iridium were exclusively selected to lead the subsequent integration, a key enabler for the transformation to the global architecture and strategic cloud services.
Our Response:
Conducted a full review of existing delivery portfolio and rationalised the number of initiatives down from 69 down to 35, based on priority, cost and alignment to business objectives in IT, Security and other key business units. Established a change board and repeatable change process from initiation through to delivery. Supported with solid MI including resource supply & demand, costs forecasts and standard status reporting.
Provided a digital transformation function with over 50 Iridium consultants to deliver the following initiatives:

Key Outcomes:
Reduction of 160 offshore operational FTE’s, whilst increasing the speed of resolution of a customer dispute by over 75%.
Successful delivery of divestment and integration programmes enabling a robust global operating model.
Maintaining an unbreached security posture which increased overall maturity.
Entire network replacement with latest Cisco FTD technology ensuring successful PCI DSS Audit.
Successful upgrade of over 2000 servers from Windows 2006 to 2016 enabling regulatory compliance, realising significant cost savings and satisfying client contractual agreement.
