Context:

The network and security infrastructure provides the foundation for all Products and Services provided by the client. A significant number of network and security devices (100+) needed to be replaced or introduced by this Programme (circa 50% of the entire estate) to maintain PCI compliance & remove End of Life (EOL) hardware. Furthermore, the internet service was not resilient & there were several Critical Security Controls (CSC) where new capabilities were needed to mitigate Business risk.

Our Response:

Iridium provided a team Comprising of a Technical Delivery Lead, 15 engineers and architects working with 12 senior client stakeholders.
